Who we Are
Waterloo Private Capital (WPC) is a student-run organization that is associated with the University of Waterloo. The team aims to support clients in the private capital industry on initiatives that encompass transactional analysis and industry research. As meaningful connections are made with the clients, the team looks to embrace the learning opportunities provided by each client assignment. With previous experience with search funds and private equity firms, the team has had experience delivering quality service to clients.
Our Experience
Waterloo Private Capital’s transactions team has successfully worked with clients in creating comparative company & precedent transactional analysis for clients. WPC’s industry research team has been responsible for creating many thorough industry reports on funeral home software services, alternative beverages, pet food and more. Working with Waterloo Private Capital allows firms to establish a new resource capable of providing you with deliverables which are high-quality and provides a fresh mindset.
